On the rare occasion the sun comes out, Exchange Square is a great place to enjoy a spot of lunch, people watch or catch something on the big screen. - Heaton Park
Outside of the city centre, Heaton Park is the biggest park in the North West. Enjoy a picnic in the sun or join in the ParkRun every Saturday morning. It also hosts the very popular Parklife festival every year! - City Walks
The best way to see what Manchester has to offer is by foot! Wander around the city to discover canals, a Roman fort, Bridgewater Hall, the Museum of Science and Industry and many more hidden gems.
