Join us as we teach you the art of EFT, designed to help you tackle feelings of anxiety.

What's EFT?
mind/body approach that has been described as 'psychological acupressure'. Useful for common problems like anxiety, it's quick and easy to use.
 
Where? Wellbeing Room (Business School 1.14) come in through 1.13 and it’s in front of you.
