Exam support sessions on-campus

KnowHow offers a series of workshops and events throughout the year in the KnowHow space in Sydney Jones Library. These workshops cover topics including managing exam stress, improving your writing and delivering expert presentations. 

There are a number of opportunities available over the exam period...

Mindful Exam 1 -Tuesday 8th January, 11 – 11.30am

These are free standing 30 minute mindful sessions which offer students a practical means of finding some inner calmness and welcome respite from exam and deadline stress. Book here.

Express - Revision Techniques - Wednesday 9th January, 10:30 – 11am

During this session we will use the Pomodoro Technique to encourage focus and concentration on timed bursts of revision, followed by a short break where we provide drinks and biscuits. Bring revision with you! Book here
