Letter post will be delivered direct to your Hall Reception. Parcels and secure items can be collected from Cards and Parcels office in the Herbert Manzoni Building.
Students will be contacted as soon as there is an item to collect via email.

Please note - 1 form of ID is required when collecting parcels, this can be your student card, or an official form of ID if you dont have your card at hand.

Letters will be delivered by the postman into relevant post boxes.
If you wish to receive parcels you will need to complete a parcel disclaimer form giving the hall reception permission to take parcels on your behalf. You will be given a form on arrival or you can request one at the hall reception.
If you have any queries, please speak to your Hall Reception.
PLEASE NOTE: Please put your Student identification number on any delivery information, this will make it much easier to update you of your parcel's arrival sooner.
