We understand that student life isn't always easy and can sometimes really stress you out...
You may be juggling academic pressures, new environments, new relationships, part-time work, club and society activities, commuting and new living environments - that is a lot to take on at once!
That is why we want to help you keep on top of everything because there are many benefits of having positive mental and physical health:

Over the next 6 weeks, we're going to show you the 6 steps towards positive mental and physical health:
It's normal to have good days and bad days and also moments in life where we feel unable to cope. That is why it's important to recognise when your mental health is causing problems and not allowing you to function normally or affecting your academic studies.
You also need to know when to ask for help and our main message to you is don't suffer on your own. You can always reach out to friends, the Students' Union or Student Support & Development staff.
